One more issue either with windows 10/gpu or madvr. In windows for tv i have set 3840*2160 resolution with 60hz refresh rate. In madvr i have set up to change hz according to source. That works. But when player exits and changes resolution back it changes it to 30hz instead of original 60hz.

That was semi an error I forgot to report as well, only mine gets stuck on the refresh rate it changed to when exiting mpc-hc
