Thanks. I reinstalled FFDSHOW from the first post, and set the configuration as you recommended. I'm guessing here, but I think Doubletwist may have changed it, so I uninstalled it (so it wouldn't change it again). Testing now, but I'm confident that was the fix. As always, my most sincerest thanks for everyone's help.
