. I've basically done the next update to the script, just need to work out the input/output pixel type conversions. The 8 to 16 and back to 8 bit conversion is only done for the luma process. You were saying there is no benefit to convert to 16 bit when in 10 or 12 bit? Would it make more sense then to convert from 8 bit to 10 or 12 bit, seeing as it would more computationally friendly?
