This is nothing but exactly copied last HDDVD specification. It seems that DVD is not supported since maxrate is ~28mbps. Blu-Ray just added 3D to specification, but nothing change in 2D, and they added chinese standards to specs like DRA audio, which is de facto same thing as DD+ or DTS High resolution, is not lossless.
