The audio is choppy with both windows decoder & ffdshow audio decoder. With ffdshow, I set the supported output to only 16 bit integer as it directs for slower PCs.

After some testing, I think the audio is fine, its the video still using too much processing power and bottlenecking the audio decoder. I think I've hit a wall here unless theres something else I can do to lower the video decoder's processioning needs.
