Great product! I use it to make simple Backups of our BluRay disks as we do not have a BD player in the bedroom. Anyway, sometimes it works flawlessly, other times, the audio track selection, Track 0 True HD gets me a French language track. If I try to select another track it will not even open Quenc or HCenc. It does some work for quite some time, but then fails with FFMpeg. I can't remember off the top of my head. The original input is an M2TS file. Has this been a problem before? Am I doing something wrong? You probably need a log file, and I think I deleted them all, but if you need more info I can easily recreate the problem as I own the disks.
