At least one release of Total Recall 2012 in Germany was having
sync issues with the "Extended Cut".
My version is one of those and I can confirm that the original Disc has this problem only when playing the extended cut.
I'm not sure what version Mark_Venture refers to but maybe converting the sound stream might make a change?
