VirtualDub filters and AviSynth plugins are different things. If you load an AviSynth script in VirtualDub2, then the filtering is probably mostly done in the AviSynth engine, so you will need to
learn AviSynth scripting to handle its plugins.
Apart from that,
BM3D seems to be a VapourSynth filter. Again, something different.
