It couldn't encode the segment -- probably because of CODEC issues. Look in FFDSHOW setup and make sure you have MPEG-2 set to "libavcodec". If that is correct, look and make sure you don't have any "codec packs" installed. They can screw up things. Check and make sure you are using FFDSHOW v3133 and AVISYNTH v2.57.
Upgrade to v0.32.05 (see the first post of this thread). The one you are using has issues.
