Of course not (at least not in any detectable manner). But it would at least stop most of the continual "I want to fill up my disc" reports and make people feel good, so I think I'll add it. I still might get some undersizing, though, when people attempt to make BD-25 discs out of short sources and you hit the BD bitrate limit.
