Fixed: Audio Issue
Got it working, but not sure why. To get around the issue, I took the TS file and made a new MKV file, with the audio delayed 1 sec. The result: the 1 sec delay stayed. So, I tried the original MKV file and again got the 1 sec advancement.
In frustration, I took the TS file and remade the MKV file, without any delay and all was well (the meta file had a 4ms shift). I made the original MKV file with an older VideoReDo and the new MKV with a newer version.
No idea what BDRB was looking at in the MKV file to cause the original problem, even though the file plays via VLC, and VRD, without any audio issues.
