Yeah, really a shame that they fail to mention that, I lost a lot of time trying to make it work, now the old version won't install properly either...

I do have 'DaVinci_Resolve_14.3_Windows.zip 2018-Feb-02 11:12:23 642.4M' on my disk, so let me know if you need that. edit: You have a link on your pm.
