I saw that error the other day... if you attempt to do the TSMUXER build manually you'll probably see a buffer underrun error. I haven't put my finger on the cause yet.

Just for s&g -- try editing the X265.BAT file in the WORKFILES folder, remove the "--no-b-pyramid" from the command line, and then execute the BAT. After it is done, run BD-RB again and continue the rebuild. Let me know if it finishes the build.

BTW: An encode that finished in 1 1/2 hours! What kind of processor are you using? Even a single pass ABR at "Very Fast" is taking me about 10 hours for a movie that size.
