Yes,
testaac.mp4 sounds louder.
If you want to do more, I guess you need to give up batch processing using the same
dynaudnorm settings but resort to audio editing programs.

You can edit the audio separately in Audacity or Ocenaudio, and load it in the audio section in StaxRip.
Then encode video but copy/mux audio.
