Using latest release (0.34.11) I did Iron Man 2 full backup to BD25. The main movie is seamless-branched (some sort of special feature that in one playlist plays a set of m2ts's that assembles the movie, and in another playlist it replaces some m2ts's with different ones to show additional info over certain scenes) so as a result the whole thing it is split over quite a few m2ts files.
Anyways - bug report: BD-Rebuilder forgot to change the OUT_TIME of all the m2ts's and chapters in both playlists.
It altered the IN_TIME to the standard tsmuxer 00:10:00:00, but left the OUT_TIME as it was on the original disc.
Worth checking out. I'll provide additional information should you request it.

Hmmm.... I don't know how that is possible, as playback would fail completely, but I'll look at it.
