No other processing but BD-RB, you know I know better than that
As for it being possibly tsmuxer's fault - I tried opening the m2ts in tsmuxer and remuxing it in blu-ray authoring mode just to see if it outputs the right in/out times in the generated playlist, and it does.
(Besides, how likely would it be that TSMuxer uses the EXACT out_time of the original-disc untouched m2ts?)
