I often come around this problem, for me it looks like there is a doubled field, in common with some paritychange.
So my question is, if there is some plugin or script for this. Its a common problem in many encodes with blended bields. This "paritychange" destroys the order of fields for some scenes and changes without a straight pattern.
In the sourcefile SRestore works pretty well, except of those paritychanges, best visiblity is on the first scene with the car passing the street.
I am not getting a clean progressive output from this source, at least I have doubled frames, or missing frames ...
