No, you cannot. You have to merge them with another tool (i.e. VirtualDub) and then feed the resulting AVI into AVStoDVD

If you have already tried with and without "Keep DVD Audio" and if your source vob is originally in sync, then you can try to:
- remove the "fix AC3 errors" flag from the Settings
- edit the AVS script and sobstitute
#Using DGPulldown to upsize FPS with
Video=Video.ChangeFPS(29.97) (video could be more jerky)
- use a previous AVStoDVD release (i.e. 2.1.0) that used VirtualDubMod as audio demuxer instead of FFMpeg
- send me a sample of the vob
