I've tested right now with my brother PS3; one has been memuxed with TsMuxerGUI from the ripbot tools; remuxe in bluray structure.
Look what PS3 show (Data Disc);

All folders is there with BLURAY structure export in tsmuxer. What im questionnig myself, did export in bluray structure can cause disc faillure in PS3 has burned on DVD5/9 format? I will remux it in AVCHD + reburn and retest, before bring back my brother ps3.
