Thanks. At least that clears a few things. Could you zip up the .META files in the working directory and e-mail them to me as the address below?

I just went through the command lines, etc for X264 and I can find absolutely nothing that has changed that might have that affect. Obviously something has changed -- so let's see what the muxing looks like. This is very, very odd.
