The pop-up menu has nothing to do with the merge/join function.
You can select which playlists to join by loading only those that you want.
1) Load 00000.MPL
2) Load 00010.MPL
3) Open [PROPERTIES]
4) Change [full-mode] to [fast-mode] for both playlists
5) Click [OK]
Then you can merge these two only.
