It's weird. Same error occurs with DVDAuthorGUI and DVD_Rebuilder which both require mscomctl.ocx. Running REG_MSCOMCTL.BAT (as Administrator) in BD-RB does not help.
Possibly the problem came with the installation of Office 2013 which comes with ist own (newer?) mscomctl.ocx, or recent OS update. Does this make sense?
