Stream timebase (--timebase):
  The desired precision of timestamps in the output, expressed
  in fractional seconds. Default is 1/1000.

Included encoders:

    av1    - AOMedia Project AV1 Encoder v0.1.0 (default)

        Use --codec to switch to a non-default encoder.
