There is a problem with title 1: HCenc encoded only 50 seconds and then it stopped.

You can try following list:

- Verify the AVI file is not corrupted (does it play fine from beginning to end? You can use AVStoDVD Preview Clip to check)
- Retry the project (if you have not done yet)
- Try to force DirectShowSource instead of A2DSource (FIRST go to 'Preferences'/'Encoding'/'AVS Source Filter' and select 'DirectShowSource', THEN load your project)
- Use QuEnc instead of HCenc (FIRST load your project, then go to 'Title Edit'/'Video'/'Video Encoding Profile' and select 'QuEnc CBR 1-pass)
