I've added full SBS to the next release. It is turned on with a hidden setting, and only works with MKV or MP4 ALTERNATE output selections that aren't inherently being resized.
Wouldn't L/R interleaved instead of SBS keep the resolution intact? Don't know if this is standard compliant and compatible 3-D TVs.
