Sure BD Rebuilder can handle that, with a few caveats concerning what you want to change. It must be changed from an SSIF to an in-mux output if you want to re-encode it to fix a 25gb disk. It does allow you to down grade the HD audio to the DTS core or Dolby Digital 640k or leave it untouched. I wish that it didn't mess up the playback in PowerDVD when you create movie only output but other than that it works perfectly. The FRIM encoder is painfully slow on some computers, and if you use Quick Sync it can create glitches and artifacts in the video. At least that has been my experience.
