EDIT: found the problem, it puts my options after the other options and the first option is taken, i think this is a BUG

No it's NOT a bug. That's how it's supposed to work. Any options you enter will override earlier options. There are also some options that BD-RB will remove from your line because they might violate blu-ray requirements. The one's you are trying to enter very definitely do.
This is why I hesitated to add the "tweak" option and why it will probably be removed eventually.
