3D isn't supported in BD-RB. It will be eventually -- but right now there really is no way to reencode to MVC. As for it appearing to be larger than the disc, that is how it should look on a 3D disc because some sectors are parts of more than one file and are therefore "double counted".

I should be able to do a non-3D backup of a 3D disc pretty easily -- maybe in one of the next couple of releases.
