Hello again, I'm wondering if there are any setting to automatically disable upscaling when playing 2160p(4k) content?

When I play normal 1080p content I want all my upscaling ON but when I'm playing 2160p(4k) + HDR It lags so I then want to disable it since its not really necessary anyway at that resolution.
