Writing SUPs to MKV is not the default (although it will be on the next release). So, if you created the MKV with BD-RB it would not (by default) include the subtitles.

Look in HIDDENOPTS.TXT -- and add this hidden option:

MKV_MUXSUPS=1

If the subtitles exist in the MKV, BDRB will import them automatically.
