SACD is lossy format where PCM is lossless format.

Different topic is where SACD is only one source available - then i see no difference in terms of quality between those two (as SACD need to be converted in a lossy way to lossless PCM) - PCM can be used to create subformats where SACD need to be always converted first to PCM.
