Yes i am, using the highest quality preset and i have set the audio bitrate to 128. When i drop the final file on gSpot, the video is 173MB and the audio is 18MB.

I suppose i can not edit the commandline automen is passing to mencoder because the xvids i create with it dont play well with my standalone player. I need to set packed bistream & adaptive quantization but that´s another question.
