If you already made the move from WinXP to Vista, I can't think of a reason
not to update to Win7 as soon as possible, except for the fact that you have to pay for the "update" again (in case you don't have MSDN-AA access). Actually you can think of Vista as a Beta version and of Win7 as the final product. I would also recommend to keep UAC enabled all the time. On Win7 it is much
less annoying...
