RAW = 'uncompressed 24-bit RGB'.

But again: TIFF is not the same as 'uncompressed 24-bit RGB'.

I really don't know Assuming you have a RAW file and its equivalent 24-bit RGB version, you could apply the old UNIX program 'compress' on them, and then compare the resulting filesizes.
