i have found the hiddenoptions "IMPORT_PAL_TO_FILM" but not make change on audio. the sync is always present!
There is another simple way to make the sync? I have also the subtitles on my mkv!

What you say is correct:
on the blu-ray associations are not present 1280x720 25p but also not present 1980x1080 25p.
but i have many blu-ray working properly with 1920x1080 25p.
