The easiest way is to run AnyDVD HD and then select .m2ts directly from disc in Ripbot264.
I tried all of those - nothing seemed to work. What ended up working was using tsmuxer to re-mux to a .ts file, then feed that to ripbot. I'm encoding it now, so I'll see how it turns out.

Thanks for the suggestions - I had tried some of those before re-ripping the entire disc. Must be something funny with the m2ts file on this one. Anyone else have this issue with this movie?
