--hadamard has been renamed to --fpel-cmp followed by satd (Sum of Absolute Hadamard Transformed Differences)
(Default, it uses Sum of Absolute Differences/SAD).
so, an e.g. would be
--fpel-cmp satd
satd is hadamard, and iirc, it made it in the svn.
