I suggest multiple captures in the hope that dirt might move,
then swapping out defective frames.
If you got them, change camcorders for playback.
Then physical cleaning of heads, tape guides.
Cleaning of tape (wary!!! but I did try that too).
And if these block faults come out stationary, these will need framewise manual cleaning in Photoshop, I guess.
RemoveDirtMC won't work without harm.
You may still try if the result suits you.
