I cannot see any problems in your AVS2DVD setup, so I can only make an educated guess. The path+filename string in your Wavi commandline is technically correct, but it is awfully long. In theory the command processor can handle a much longer parameter string, but I do not know if Wavi and/or Aften can handle such a long parameter string.

I suppose that Wavi and Aften parse the commandline and put it into a string variable. And this string variable might be limited in length. My recommendation is to put your source file into a folder with a short name plus rename the file itself to a short name. If this works then my suspicion is correct.

And the other option would be to use "FFmpeg (AviSynth)" instead of "Wavi + Aften" as your audio conversion method. According to your log file FFmpeg has no problems with long parameter strings, and at least for current FFmpeg versions the AC3 encoding quality in FFmpeg is even better than in Aften.
