Keeping update. Hoping someone is still interested.

AVStoDVD release 1.1.3 is available.

Change log:

- Some bugs fixed
- MediaInfo updated to 0.7.5.3
- Added support to multi core CPU (max 4) by using MultiCoreEnc.exe (available only to QuEnc)
- Added "Settings/System Preference" tab
- Added "DefaultEncodingQuality", "DefaultVideoMaxBitRate", "DefaultAudioBitRate" preferences in AVStoDVD.ini
- Added AviSynth Normalize() audio function in AVS Script
- Revised encoder selection criteria (1): HCenc and CCE SP can be used only for "Very High Quality" encoding
- Revised encoder selection criteria (2): QuEnc is automatically used when choosing "High Quality" or "Standard Quality" encoding
- Revised Audio Time length detection thru MediaInfo
