I can't for the life of me figure why it would act differently on Win7. The entire decision is based on the setting in the INI.
In the version I posted yesterday I added an entry in the log that shows the settings at the time the encode is started. If you run into it with that one please post the log so I can tell whether the setting is being read properly from the INI.
Where did you install BD Rebuilder (the path)? I worry that Win7 may have some of the quirks that were there with Vista when it was first released -- and when the INI is being read, it is from a virtual location rather than the true one. If you installed in the "Program Files" directory that may be the case.
