There is a lot of dct crap, but there are also vertical lines, often munged by the compression, but still a separate artifact. there is one towards the left that goes from the top of the screen uninterrupted all the way to the bottom, that's not a strictly dct artifact.

Anyway, this will remove almost all of the vertical lines, but does soften the picture a fair amount.

I'll see if I can mitigate some of the blurring later. Although, if they are not temporally stable, you should just hit it with some temporal filtering, as Didée suggested.
