No. The build I created for you to test just added the dolby vision track to the CPI() table. It improved things, but apparently didn't fix it. So I really don't have a good idea as to why you are having issues.

If it requires all the I frames of the dolby vision track to match those of the reencoded HEVC, that could become a problem for sources that require reencoding. I'd have to investigate how hard it would be to get around.

I may just add a hidden option to tell BD-RB not to include dolby vision, that way you could at least get an HDR version without FF/REW problems.

To All:

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? So far I think I've only gotten this report from FilipeAmadeuO. It would be nice to know if it is limited to only a certain player before I spend a lot of time on it.
