I was successful with movie only 720p on BD-5 (apart from missing subtitles). I had however to select the 'Other movie only playlist' - the one with the 21 (?) chapters IIRC. TSMuxeR survived the 139 segments....

Yes, selected other movie only, but was not successfull.
