I have noticed that you haven't posted an (Inspect) log, which is where I ALLWAYS start when I have any problems. It may show you some problem that's not obvious. Also I don't guess it makes any difference BUT I always use a different "Source" and "Working" drive. I find it doesn't bog my CPU down as much when it's reading and writing to the same one. I don't guess you're running any VM's or network drives are you?
