Yes, probably, but I'm thinking that the correct chroma information is restorable in some way. Like a shift of one field or frame or something like that, but I haven't managed to find a way yet. I'm not very experienced in deinterlacing and color sampling. Maybe the progressive ConvertToYUY2 is the best way to smooth the chroma temporally?
