If you want to keep the same Windows version for a long time (how long exactly?) but also upgrade to a more recent graphics card later, be aware that later hardware may need a minimum Windows 10 version to work. For example GeForce 20 series released 09/2018 need Windows 1709 minimum someone using LTSC 2016 would be out of luck. An hypothetical GeForce 21 or 22 series may or may not work on Windows LTSC 2019.

That's interesting. My clocks are basically the same with 16/8 and 32/16, but my card is passively cooled and lower power so maybe the power management is different.
