Since the BD-R uses MKV as container for the secondary video stream the PS3 cannot play it (PowerDVD/TMT don't have this problem).
Can you add a hidden option to use RAW output instead of MKV for secundary tracks  ?

That should be easy enough, but it worries me. I remember setting it to MKV for a reason -- and now I can't recall what that reason was.
