And about you question, i meant the option you can select in the program called "Keep HD audio for BD25 encoding".
I was not at my home computer and could not exactly remember the option.

The funny thing is also that when i do movie only on this disc it can keep the full movie so there is no compression needed but audio gets out of sync.
In this case i can also use tsmuxer myself to shrink the BD (which does work) but i thought that it might be helpfull to post since others had sync issues in the latest build.

I did find it a bit weird why full backup works and movie only suddenly not on this disc.

What disc is it?
