No, that will not tell you how a burned disc plays on a standalone player...
As I said in an earlier post here, one thing we've all learned here is that we shouldn't jump to conclusions based on playback under PC software players. Now that you "seem" to have a problem (based on PC software playback), you should burn a disc and see if the same problem exists when played on a standalone player (Which is all BD-RB is intended to work with - and should be the only basis for bug reports)...
